Discuss Co payment Measure with your patient

Complete the Co payment Measure patient registration and consent for and submit to us

Write PBS prescription with CTG annotation code.

Summary for Pharmacists

Check prescriptions are correctly annotated if not, contact the Provider

Dispense PBS prescription

Key the correct CTG annotation code in the PDS

Ensure the amount for eligible prescriptions counts towards the patients Safety Net Prescription Record Form.
